Musselman’s Sliced Apples in Water (FFSLR0600MUS01)
Apples are washed, peeled, cored, sliced and inspected. After vacuumization and steam blanching, the sliced apples are filled into clean containers and topped with water. After sealing the product is processed at adequate sterilization temperatures then cooled.
