ORGANIC WHOLEGRAIN OAT FLOUR BABY FOOD (CRAV094)

Organic oat flake flour from organic oat grain heat-treated in its own heat treatment plant. The process consists of subjecting the oat grain, once clean, to an effective thermal treatment with steam under controlled conditions of humidity, time, pressure and temperature so that the enzymes lipases, lipoxygenases and peroxidases that cause the rancidity of the cereals are inactivated.
