IQF Roasted Poblano Pepper is an individually quick frozen product made from a common variety of green Poblano peppers. The peppers are roasted, inspected, washed, diced, blanched and then individually quick-frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
