IQF Organic Purple Sweet Potato is an individually quick frozen product made from a variety of organic purple sweet potatoes. The potatoes are inspected, steam peeled, washed, diced, blanched and then individually quick frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
