IQF Organic Spinach is an individually quick frozen product made from fresh, clean, spinach (Spinacia oleracea) which is inspected, washed, chopped, blanched, and then individually quick frozen. This product is packed and held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
