Strawberries, Frozen (62)
Strawberry (Fragaria vesca). The strawberry must be fresh, healthy, clean and free of foreign matter. During processing, the strawberry is selected, the stem is removed, washed, disinfected and frozen until it reaches a temperature below -18 °C. The fruit meets the required quality and safety standards for the country of destination, the product is produced under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP and international standards such as the BRC.
It is the policy of PACIFIC IQF S.A.C not to use allergenic products in any of the stages of the process. Allergenic products considered according to:
- DIRECTIVE 2003/89/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 10 November
2003, as amended by Commission 2006/142/EC of 22 November 2006.

1. Celery: Root, leaves, stems and seeds
2. EGG: Ovalbumin, egg white, egg yolks, whole egg, hydrolyzed egg protein, mayonnaise, meringue (*).
3. MILK: Butter, casein, cheese, sodium caseinate, hydrolyzed milk protein, chocolate milk, ice cream (*).
4. PEANUT: Peanut butter, roasted peanuts, peanut flour, peanut protein (*).
5. MATERIALS CONTAINING SOY: Protein derived from soy, miso, hydrolyzed protein from soy, Tolú, etc. (*).
6. MATERIALS CONTAINING SULPHITES (In concentration greater than 10 mg/Kg): sulphur dioxide, potassium bisulphite, sodium sulphite, sodium metabisulphite, potassium metabisulphite, wine, dried fruits, processed potatoes (*).
7. MATERIALS CONTAINING NUTS: Mixed walnuts, some chocolates, chestnut, hazelnut, pine nut, pistachios, pecans (*).
8. FISH and fish products (*).
9. CRUSTACEANS: Shrimp, crab, lobster and their products (*).
10. MUSTARD and its derived products.
11. GLUTEN: Substance found in most cereals (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or its hybrid varieties) with the exception of corn and rice (*)
12. SESAME and sesame-based products (*).
13. LUPINO (Lupins) and its derived products.
14. MOLUSCS: Snail, clams, oysters, octopus, mussels and their products
