Superb Select® 1025 Shortening (101025)
DESCRIPTION:
• An emulsified all-purpose shortening used in bakery applications
(breads, pies, cakes, cookies, rolls, fillings)
• Baking products have greater volume and higher moisture content
• Lower in saturated fat than our conventional palm shortening
• Ingredient line contains no hydrogenated oils.
Ingredients: Soybean oil, Mono and diglycerides, Tocopherols and Ascorbyl palmitate as antioxidants.
