TOMATO IQF ROASTED 1/2" 45# (FG31142)

IQF Roasted Tomatoes are made from Roma tomatoes, Solanum lycopersicum, that are cleaned, inspected, washed, roasted, diced, blanched and then individually quick frozen. The product is packed and then held at temperatures necessary for the preservation of the product. This product is manufactured as an ingredient and is not considered ready to eat. Further processing is necessary.
