Tomato paste HB 28-30 ºBrix (Tomato paste HB 28-30 ºBrix)

Product is made from fresh, healthy and ripe fruits, selected from a variety of Lycopersicum esculentum, without colourants. The highest quality Spanish origin tomatoes are cleaned, selected and crushed. The resulting juice and pulp are sifted to extract skins, seeds and other superfluous materials that they can contain. They are submitted to the HOT-BREAK type enzymatic inactivation and evaporation until achieving the desired concentration. Sterilization and packaging is in aseptic conditions. It may contain citric acid (E-330) as a pH regulator.
