Venison Fat Trim BP (Venison Trim)

All boneless meat pieces less than 100g, non conforming boneless primal cuts, meat trimings from glands. Remove all bone chips and slivers and any other visible defects prior to packing. Packing of meat is to ensure that a chemical lean of 80% is achieved. Can include Silverskin and some fatty pieces so long as 80% chemical lean is achieved.
