Wensleydale with Cranberry Thermoform 400g Exact Weight (ITM2732)
A hard pressed cheese manufactured from pasteurised whole cow’s milk Wensleydale cheese combined with dried sweetened cranberries and white granulated sugar. Block cheese is bowl chopped with fruit and sugar, pressed in moulds then refrigerated <5ºC. Cheese is cut and packed into final food grade packaging, weighed and labelled. The manufacturing process follows Good Manufacturing Practice supported by a comprehensive HACCP system.
Ingredients: Wensleydale Cheese (cows' MILK), dried sweetened cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil) (9%), sugar. For allergens see ingredients in CAPS.
