A uniform, free–flowing powder made from clean domestic chicken eggs. The eggs are cracked, filtered, blended with sugar and tricalcium phosphate, homogenized, pasteurised, spray dried, sieved, packed into poly-lined paper bags and metal detected.
Pasteurisation conditions are ≥ 64 C for ≥ 2.5 min. according to FSANZ Code 4.2.5 Table to clause 21.
Dehydration of pasteurised sugared whole egg liquid is conducted at inlet temp. of 175 – 200 C.

Pasteurised and spray dried egg yolk. The technical process includes the following stages: shell eggs breaking, egg yolk separation, filtration, pasteurisation, spray drying, sieving, packing into bags and metal detection.
Pasteurisation conditions are ≥ 60 ºC for ≥ 3.5 min. according to FSANZ Code 4.2.5 Table to clause 21. Dehydration of pasteurised egg yolk liquid is conducted at inlet temperatures of 172 – 175 ºC

The product consists of liquid whole egg removed from the shell of the domestic
hen. Pasteurised whole egg ensures the yolk and whites are in naturally occurring
proportions from quality fresh eggs.
The technical process includes the following stages: shell eggs breaking, filtration,
clarifying, filtration, pasteurisation, homogenisation, bag filing, packing into cartons
or pallecons and storage in refrigerated conditions.
Pasteurisation conditions are ≥ 64°C for ≥ 2.5 min. according to FSANZ Code 4.2.5
